How to get organized during summer vacation?

Hello. I am 10th grade next year. I am barely passed 9th grade this year because of many C's. I was very lazy and procrastinated. During previous summer vacations i never learned my lesson and always spent my time in front of computer. But this summer i want to learn and real many books. If youre high school student, how do you spend your time during summer.
