Mothers illness and relationship question :) thanks?

Dear ... what happens around us and how we react to it can cause great stress, alter our personalities, and so on. A mentally ill parent often affects the children's behavior significantly contributing to the development of depression, panic attacks, mood disorders, etc in the children. The good news is there is quality medical care today to address these situations. I would see a psychiatrist for treatment. They specialize in medication which will help normalize your brain chemistry so it's not so given to depression, anxiety, and fear. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is given to help the person overcome the traumas of the past, and prepare them for a normal healthy life. I'll be happy to answer any further questions you may have. Take care dear ! Chip
